Dear Board of trustees

Thank you so much for the new tv’s they are so much better than

the old tv.The new tv’s are much clearer and it is much bigger so

more people can understand our work more efficiently 

then before.

All of the kauri hub strongly agree that having 3 New Tv’s

for our hub was a great decision 

My favorite part about the New tv’s Is the chromecast.

We can sit anywhere

 in the room and be able to connect to the class

Matariki story

Purpose: To Entertain 

Audiance:  Miss Jain

Plan: Narrator

Once there was a little girl named mia she lived with her
two parents josh and Amanda 

It was the Maori new year and they were celebrating matariki,
But for Mia she did not know it would be her last matariki with
her parents. Amanda woke up one day to see there mum and
dad laying in bed she tried to wake them up to see that they
were not waking up, Mia ran to the nurse who was located at
the end of town.When she arrived at the nurse she was crying
she told the nurse the tragic accident of her mum and dad.
The nurse sprinted all the way to mias house she decided to
take her sandals off to run faster she got there in about
2 minutes on the dot. She checked the body to say they
died from a heart attack. Mia broke down in tears. She
learned over the years to cope with it. But she decided to go
to the matariki by herself. She had fun watching the
Entertainment,cooking,and watching the star clusters.
She decided that her parents spirit will always be standing
next to her every time she goes to the matariki festival.

See Saw Surprise

If someone is pushed off the
end of a see-saw the weight
that they have put on one end
of the sea saw will be released
making it that the person on
the other side of the see-saw
will fall down with their weight
because the weight has
become unbalanced.

A lever can balanace
on a lever depending
on the weight if the weight
is the same on each side the
lever will most likely
stay/Balance.Also if a lever
is placed vertical and you are
trying to balance the lever on
top of the vertical lever you
have to make sure that it is
balanced on each side.

I have found that if you
balance something in the right
way if you remove pressure
from one side it can make
everything fall,break and
unbalance. W.A.L.T answer the questions

Winter is here Poem (Writing)

Winter is here 

We all gasp

The cold air changing around us 

Our breath turns white

The sky is bright 

The floor is white 

All threw the night.

We light our fires 

And bunker down

Till winter calms down

Winter is here 

The kids know 

There outside playing in the white white snow

Winter is here 

The parents know 

Getting there kids 

Warmer clothes

Winter is here

We all now 

Time to leave

The sunny beach

No more swimming intill we breach

The end of winter.

Winter is gone

We all now 

Time to come out

To see no snow

The sun is bright 

The groud is not cold

They change there clothes

For all to know

Till the night 

The rest all night

Till the morning

They will be in for a fright

I was in my car

Driving real far

Going far 

Then my car

Ran out of fuel 

And then I thought I was a fool

I walk home

To see no fuel

So I grab my scooter

And ride down to the gas station

Ordered some gas

With my cash

Scootered to my car

Are filled her with gas

Turned the key

I was off and away

For all to see.
